Simat Telecom Company Limited is formerly known as E-Tech Distribution was established in March 2009. Simat Telecom specialised in providing maintenance services on fiber optic network in telecommunication industry.

Sino Trading, an associate company of Simat Technologies which specialised in providing AIDC hardware and maintenance services in Vietnam.

Grand-Flo Berhad a public listed company in Bursa Malaysia stock exchange with operations and customers in Malaysia, Thailand, China, Vietnam and Hong Kong, specialises in providing comprehensive Enterprise Data Collection and Collation Systems (EDCCS) Solutions (also known as Automatic Identification and Data Capture) to businesses across all industrial sectors. Grand-Flo had acquired 49% equity interest in Simat in 2005 and subsequently diluted to 20.9% in May 2013.
